The water pump is an important machine of the sprayer. It is responsible for delivering power and energy to the sprayer and maintaining the normal operation of the machine. It can be said to be the "heart" of the sprayer.

1. When the power switch is turned on, the sprayer has no response, but the two input ends of the pump motor can work normally, which means that the pressure switch of the pump is out of order, and a normal pressure switch should be replaced immediately.

2. The voltage of the battery is normal and the water output is small. It may be because the foreign matter hinders the sealing of the pump head, the working bearing of the motor is damaged, or the valve seat is worn. The solution is to remove the foreign matter and replace the damaged parts.

3. When the motor in the water pump is aging, the click starts to be good and bad, and sometimes even suddenly stops working, which means that the service life of the motor is not long, and the motor needs to be replaced as soon as possible.

4. When there is air in the pump body or the irrigation water is not satisfied, it is easy to cause the pump to not be able to absorb water. At this time, it must be checked immediately, and then according to the specific situation, the pump body should be filled with water, the worn parts should be replaced, and the nuts should be tightened for maintenance.

5. After long-term use, it is prone to wear, tear, cavitation and other phenomena. At this time, it can be repaired by repair welding, brush plating or polymer materials.

6. Water close to the water source can shorten the length of the water delivery pipeline, and then cancel the bottom valve to eliminate the blockage of the water delivery pipeline, and the height of the water outlet and the water channel is the same, which can increase the mechanical energy when the water is discharged and save energy for the pump;

If abnormal phenomena such as abnormal noise, overheating, long smoke, water leakage or loss of pressure are found during operation, stop the machine immediately to check and deal with the fault

Check whether the water leakage of the water pump is serious during operation and whether the water leakage is in a line. If there is serious water leakage, find the cause and repair it after the water pump stops running.
