In recent years, self-propelled plant protection machinery, ultra-low volume sprayers, and aerial plant protection have all developed rapidly. The function of the sprayer liquid pump is to convert the liquid medicine into a high-pressure liquid medicine to overcome the resistance of the spray pipeline, continuously flow to the nozzle or spray gun, and spray it on the crops through the atomization of the nozzle.
First, the type of sprayer pump
There are three types of sprayer pumps: reciprocating pump, rotary pump and small pump diaphragm pump.
1. Reciprocating pump. There are piston and plunger types. This type of liquid pump produces high pressure. In addition, there is a leather cup type air pump on the human sprayer, and its leather cup and pump cylinder are not in contact with the liquid medicine.
2. Rotary pump. There are centrifugal pumps. Due to its low pressure, it is not used much. Self-priming centrifugal pumps are used more because of their convenient operation. There are also screw pumps and roller pumps.
3. Small pump diaphragm pump. According to its working principle, it should belong to the reciprocating pump. But because of its uniqueness, it is classified as another category. Diaphragm pumps are divided into lever type and piston type. Piston diaphragm pumps are divided into single-cylinder, double-cylinder and multi-cylinder. There are single-acting and double-acting types of piston pumps and diaphragm pumps.
The specific structure includes three sets of crank connecting rod assemblies installed on the crankshaft, which drive the piston with the liquid inlet valve, the air chamber, the pressure regulating valve, the pressure gauge and the pressure regulating handle. The liquid is pumped out three times during one revolution of the crankshaft. It is characterized by high working pressure, wide pressure regulation range and strong self-priming ability. However, its structure is complicated, and the discharge volume is limited by the weight of the structure, so it is not easy to increase.
